This dried arrangement ickebana has been turned from Honduran Mahogany (Swietenia macrophylla). It is a straight-grained, with a range from Mexico to southern Amazonia in Brazil. It is the most widespread species of mahogany. It has a beautiful soft, brownish color.

The fixed pin barrel shown here is fixed; suitable for dried grasses and other dry flora (stand not included).
